摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation planning apparatus for firepower generators capable of optimizing the number of firepower generators to be operated for adjusting nighttime output while securing a certain adjustment capability, and minimizing environmental load as well. <P>SOLUTION: A memory device 14 stores in advance capacity of batteries available at each target time zone on an operation day. Estimated power demand calculating means 13 calculates a power demand estimation at nighttime target time zones on the operation day, once an operation date and the nighttime target time zones are assigned. Adjustment capacity calculating means 16 calculates a necessary adjustment capacity of firepower generators connected to the system based on the power demand estimation. Modified adjustment capacity calculating means 18 calculates a difference between the necessary adjustment capacity and an available capacity of the batteries as a modified necessary adjustment capacity at each of the nighttime target time zones on the operation day. Operation planning calculating means 20 calculates an operation plan of the firepower generators so that the firepower generators connected to the system satisfy the modified necessary adjustment capacity at each of the nighttime target time zones on the operation day. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
