<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell that can prevent a decrease in its output due to distribution of the electrical characteristics of a single crystal silicon substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell 23 includes: an n-type single crystal silicon substrate 231 having an electric characteristic distribution in which electric characteristics in regions which, in plan view, are line-symmetrical about center line C and located at an equal distance from the center line C are approximately uniform in a direction in which the center line C extends; semiconductor junctions formed using the n-type single crystal silicon substrate 231; and electrodes 235. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
