<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a composite film for a solar cell and a composite film formed by the method, which can improve a power generation efficiency of the solar cell by reducing the contact resistance between a photoelectric conversion layer and a transparent conductive film, and between the transparent conductive film and a conductive reflection film so as to reduce a series resistance in the solar cell at the time of power generation. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the following processes. A transparent conductive coating film is formed on a photoelectric conversion layer which is laminated over surface electrodes on a substrate by using a wet-coating method applying a dispersion liquid containing conductive oxide fine particles and a dispersion liquid containing binder component or applying a composition for forming a transparent conductive film containing both the conductive oxide fine particles and the binder component. A conductive reflection coating film is formed on the conductive coating film by using the wet-coating method applying a composition for a conductive reflection film. And a substrate having the both coating films is baked to form a composite film composed of the transparent conductive film and the conductive reflection film. The conductive oxide fine particles contain either particles having non-spherical anisotropic shapes or aggregates having anisotropic structures formed by aggregating a plurality of particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
