摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity storage device which can withstand even when mist-like gas inside a battery cell is leaked by the damage of the battery cell due to impact, vibration, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Terminal receptacles 205 and 206 for a positive electrode and a negative electrode which hold battery cells 140 are respectively formed on a pair of side plates 250 and 251 constituting a casing 110. Through-holes 201 are respectively formed inside the terminal receptacles 205 and 206 of the side plates 250 and 251, and annular grooves 205a and 206a are formed around the respective through-holes. An adhesive is applied inside and around the annular grooves 205a and 206a to be bonded to the battery cells 140.
