<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use of a contribution service in a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A system, including an on-vehicle device connected to a display device and having a communication means to communicate with a mobile device provided with an information processing function, reads a profile information to specify at least one of properties of a contribution site and a contributor who contributes by a mobile device, in response to an access of the mobile device to a predetermined contribution site on a network. The system obtains information on a traveling state of a vehicle by the on-vehicle device. The system creates a content to be contributed based on the profile information and the information on the traveling state of the vehicle. The system sends the content to a server providing the contribution site by the mobile device so as to reflect the created content onto the contribution site.
