<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle detector which does not impair detection accuracy for the change of the curvature of a body to be detected and is resistant to an absolute positioning processing error while having a detection part capable of relatively easily coping with a demand of enlargement of a through-hole size or the like from a machine side. <P>SOLUTION: Signals detected by magnetic resistance elements 101a-101l are digitized, and then optimum correction parameters stored in storage devices 104a, 104b beforehand are removed in subtractors 104a-105f. Also, in the storage devices 104a, 104b, the data size "n" of the body to be detected, which is acquired from a controller 108 by a CPU 107c, is transferred upon initial communication at the time of activation or the like, and the optimum correction parameter is selected for the data size of the body to be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
