摘要 An optical device is provided for three-dimensional (3D) display. The optical device includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged corresponding to the first substrate. The optical device also includes an electrowetting component. The electrowetting component is placed between the first substrate and the second substrate. Further, the electrowetting component includes a first electrode and a second electrode arranged corresponding to the first electrode. The electrowetting component also includes a first fluid, a second fluid, and a plurality of fluid chambers containing the first fluid and the second fluid. The second fluid is undissolvable in or unmixable with the first fluid; and the plurality of fluid chambers are arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. Further, the plurality of fluid chambers form a plurality of liquid cylindrical lenses when at least one voltage difference is generated between the first electrode and the second electrode.
