Said device is provided with: a light-blocking sheet (11) in which a plurality of light-blocking sections (11a) are formed discretely and a light-transmitting transmission section (11b) is formed; a first light-reduction sheet (12) in which a plurality of light-reduction sections (12a) that reduce the amount of light that passes through are formed discretely and a light-transmitting transmission section (12b) is formed; and a movement means (14) that moves the light-blocking sheet (11) and/or the first light-reduction sheet (12) in a first direction, which intersects a direction from which light is incident. The light-blocking sheet (11) and the first light-reduction sheet (12) are arranged such that at least parts of the sheet surfaces thereof overlap each other as seen from the incidence direction.</p>
