Disclosed herein is the use of a combination of telenzepine and one or more antidepressants selected from the group consisting of citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, sertraline, milnacipran, mirtazapine, venlafaxine, duloxetine, desvenlafaxine, and sibutramine in the manufacture of a medicament for treating one or more psychological conditions. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a mixture of telenzepine and one or more antidepressants selected from the group consisting of escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, milnacipran, mirtazapine, duloxetine and desvenlafaxine. Furthermore, a kit comprising a combination of therapeutically effective amounts of telenzepine and the antidepressant fluoxetine is disclosed.
