PURPOSE: The compression and friction of the fluid are expedited and the temperature ramp-up rate of the fluid is doubled with the friction hole and the friction groove and the warm water is supplied within the short time. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus using rotatory force comprises a frame(10), a fixing member(20), a rotating member(30), a driving means, a waterproof member(50), and a friction groove(60). The fixing member comprises a fixing body(21) and a barrier body(23). The barrier body is connected to the fixing body. The barrier body has a receiving part(23a) and a through-hole(23b). The rotating member comprises a supporting body, a rotating body(33), and a plurality of friction holes(33a). The supporting body is arranged in the receiving part of the barrier body. The rotating body is embedded in a hollow part(21a). A plurality of friction holes are formed in the rotating body. The driving means is connected to the supporting body of the rotating member. The waterproof member is formed in the fixing body of the fixing member. The friction groove is formed in the inner wall surface of the fixing body, and the outer wall side of the rotator or the fixing body and the rotator.
