摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of effectively preventing temperature rise of a capacitor, and saving space. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion device 1 is constituted by stacking a plurality of semiconductor modules 2. The semiconductor module 2 comprises a semiconductor element 21, a radiator plate 22, a sealing part 23, a wall part 24, and a penetration refrigerant channel 41. A plurality of semiconductor modules 2 are laminated on a heat dissipating surface 221 in the normal direction. Lid parts 3 are provided on semiconductor modules 2 arranged on both sides of the laminating direction. A creeping refrigerant channel 42 is formed between adjacent semiconductor modules 2, and between lid parts 3 and semiconductor modules 2 inside of the wall part 24. A refrigerant inlet tube 51 and a refrigerant outlet tube 52 are provided on a front lid part 31 of the other lid part 3.
