摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a p-type diffusion layer forming composition, a p-type diffusion layer manufacturing method and a solar battery cell manufacturing method to form the p-type diffusion layer in a short time while reducing internal stress in a silicon substrate and the development of warpage of the substrate in manufacturing steps of a solar battery cell using a crystal silicon substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The p-type diffusion layer forming composition of the present invention includes a glass powder including an accepter element, and disperse soot. A content ratio of the glass powder in the p-type diffusion layer forming composition is within a range of 1 mass% and over to 90 mass% and under.
