<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a cleaning apparatus body 74 which has stopped at a position other than a standby position when inclined with respect to a shield case 62. <P>SOLUTION: When a restoration operation is started, the cleaning apparatus body 74 is slightly moved in an arrow X direction and moved in an arrow -X direction thereafter.
