<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive increase in weight and steep rise in manufacturing costs while securing sufficient pressure resistance performance of a high pressure part, for a gas fuel regulator. <P>SOLUTION: The gas fuel regulator 1A includes a high pressure part A including a pressure control valve including a seat member 12 and a valve body 11 and forming a flow channel of gas fuel before decompression and a low-pressure part B including a pressure regulating chamber 14 and forming a flow channel of the gas fuel passing through the pressure control valve after the decompression, wherein the introduced gas fuel is fed to the downstream side after reducing and regulating the pressure to a prescribed pressure. The high pressure part A, together with a high pressure part body 3 constituting the same, is detachably mounted on a body 2 side while it is gas-tightly inserted into a cartridge container 4 having pressure resistance performance of a prescribed level or more.
