<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passive sensor capable of obtaining high measurement accuracy even with individual differences due to manufacturing variations of a sensor device, and a manufacturing method of the passive sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A passive sensor 10 comprises an antenna 11 and a SAW resonator 12. A resonance frequency fsc of the passive sensor 10 is a frequency-shifted value of a resonance frequency fsaw of the SAW resonator 12 by an amount according to a difference in impedance between the antenna 11 and the SAW resonator 12. Using this, the SAW resonator 12 is classified into an identification group Gr on the basis of the resonance frequency fsaw. For each identification group Gr, antenna modules 110A-110E each having different impedance are formed, and are combined with the SAW resonator 12 on the basis of the identification group Gr to form the passive sensor 10. Consequently, even when the SAW resonator 12 has individual differences, the resonance frequency of the passive sensor 10 is within a predetermined frequency error range Δfsc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
