<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device which can protect a detecting component generating electric signals from static electricity with simple configuration to detect a movable member swung even when force of the movable member swung by contacting an object to be detected, such as moving paper or the like, for returning to the stopped position, generated from a metal spring to discharge the static electricity, and to provide a paper processing device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The detecting device includes: a support mounted on a detection position of an object device treating a moving object to be detected; a movable member swung from a stopped position by contacting the object to be detected to a projection from the support and passing; a metal spring mounted in a state of contacting with both the support and the movable member and generating force of the movable member for returning to the stopped position when the movable member swings; a detecting component mounted on the support and detecting the movable member swung to generate electric signals; and an energizing part which contact with a grounded member in the object device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
