<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device allowing stabilization of an ink discharge by preventing back pressure destabilization by bubbles to maintain back pressure for meniscus formation. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device includes: an inkjet head 1 including nozzle holes 16, pressure chambers 11 each communicating with the nozzle hole 16 and each including a pressure generation means, and a first common liquid chamber 12 and a second common liquid chamber 13 communicating with the pressure chambers 11; and a back pressure generation tank 5 including a back pressure control means controlling the back pressure of ink near the nozzle holes 16 to be constant. The inkjet recording device includes: a circulation system 2 sequentially circulating the ink from the pressure chambers 11 to the second common liquid chamber 13, a deaeration device 3, the first common liquid chamber 12, and the pressure chambers 11; and a circulation pump 4 circulating the ink inside the circulation system 2. The back pressure generation tank 5 and the circulation system 2 are connected in a connection part such that the ink can be supplied to the circulation system 2 from the outside of the circulation system 2 through a supply pipe, and control to vanish pressure of the circulation pump 4 in the connection part by a pressure loss or to offset a hindrance factor of the back pressure caused by the pressure of the circulation pump in the connection part in the back pressure control means is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
