The strip has a plate-like elongate body comprising a lower side at which an anchoring strip (2) and a guide strip is formed. The guide strip is provided for insertion into a chamfer of the frame and/or for attachment against a top surface of the frame. Three-dimensional (3D) structures e.g. longitudinal and transverse projections, on an upper side of the body provide a 3D optics. The longitudinal projections extend along a middle longitudinal axis of the body and/or the transverse projections run in right angle to the middle longitudinal axis or the longitudinal projections.
