<p>A resource optimization method and apparatus are provided in the present invention. When the resource insufficiency of the current link results in the establishment failure of the current newly established service and the current link satisfies the resource optimization condition, the optimum rerouting can be performed for the bearer services whose service levels are below the service level of the newly established service.
