PURPOSE: A kimchi refrigerator and a control method thereof are provided to enhance the storing performance of kimchi and indicate recommended aging or storing time depending on salinity. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a kimchi refrigerator is as follows. The salinity of Kimchi is measured(10). The salinity of the Kimchi measured is indicated(14). Storing temperature is determined depending on the measured salinity. The determined storing temperature is indicated on a display unit. The determined storing temperature is indicated as a recommended storing temperature on the display unit.
