PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing paint flying is provided to prevent pollution of a working environment and process delay. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for preventing paint flying comprises: a shield film which is mounted along the rim of a working space formed between a painting side and bottom side; and a plurality of variable post parts(10) mounted along the rim of the working space to fix the shield film. Each post part has first and second position fixing parts(31)(33). One side of the shield film is placed between the bottom side and first position fixing part. The other side of the shield film is placed between the painting side and second position fixing part.
