<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel detector which prevents time degradation of a phosphor layer, protects the phosphor layer from chemical deterioration or a physical impact, and in which a contact state between a scintillator panel and a flat light receiving element is stable. <P>SOLUTION: In a flat panel detector 1 constituted by arranging a scintillator panel 12 which is constituted by providing a phosphor layer 122 on a substrate 123, and the scintillator panel 12 constituted of a first protective film 121 which covers the phosphor surface of the scintillator 12 on the surface of the flat light receiving element 13 having a plurality of two-dimensionally arranged pixels, a re-detachment adhesive layer 125 is provided on the surface of the first protective film, the first protective film is a resin film or a poly-para-xylylene film, and the scintillator panel 12 is further protected from an external impact by a cushion layer 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
