<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED bulb corresponding to a lighting fixture capable of emitting light into a direction crossing an insertion direction to a socket, and the lighting fixture capable of easily changing an illumination direction. <P>SOLUTION: The LED bulb is provided with a body 2 inserted into the socket, a dome-shaped cover 3 fitted to the body 2 and capable of changing a position of a rotation direction with a center axis line C of the body 2 as a center, an LED 7 fitted to the body 2 and emitting light to a cover 3 side, and a reflection member 8 partially fitted to an inner side 3A of the cover 3.
