<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which an imaging magnification power can be easily determined as intended by a photographer. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 includes: an imaging section 10 for imaging a subject to capture first image information; a first detection section 41 for detecting imaging magnification power information on the basis of at least either second image information representing a photographer or sensor information from a motion sensor 47; a second detection section 44 for detecting a direction of the imaging apparatus with respect to a reference direction; and a determination section 48 for determining the imaging magnification power on the basis of the imaging magnification power information and the direction of the imaging apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
