<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating pulse generating apparatus capable of generating a desired pulse signal without setting a special device to a bearing structure. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of rotors 3 and 4 are provided so as to synchronously rotate about an axis of a rotational shaft 2. A plurality of yokes 5 are arranged in a circumferential direction of one rotor 3, and a plurality of yokes 6 are arranged in a circumferential direction of the other rotor 4. An interval between the rotors 3 and 4 in the axial direction is held at a predetermined interval, and the rotors 3 and 4 are fixed to the rotational shaft 2 so that the yokes 5 and 6 face each other. Specifically, the yokes 5 of the rotor 3 and the yokes 6 of the rotor 4 are arranged in parallel at a predetermined rotation angle interval so that the yokes 5 and 6 have the same rotational position while having the rotational position of the rotational shaft 2 as a reference. Two iron cores 7 and 8 each having a straight shape are fixedly arranged at an intermediate position between a rotation region of the yokes 5 and a rotation region of the yokes 6.
