<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing an underground tank capable of executing processes to excavate inside the underground tank and to construct a floor slab and a side wall with a roof installed. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: an underground continuous wall construction process to construct an underground continuous wall 5 having a shape of a cylinder under the ground G; a roof assembly process to install a roof 21 on the ground G, which has an opening for a construction purpose, a roof section 22 and a separation section 23 provided at an outer periphery of the roof section 22 so as to be separable from the same; an internal excavation process to excavate soil inside the underground continuous wall 5 after installing the roof 21; a floor slab construction process to construct a floor slab 2; a side wall construction process to construct a side wall 3 from a level of the floor slab 2 up to a level higher than the surface of the ground G; and a main body roof installation process to separate the separation section 23 from the roof section 22, to fix the roof section 22 to an upper section 3a of the side wall 3, and to close the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
