<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbon material with a simple method, and a carbon material film laminated body expanding the selection range of a substrate, and formed by directly laminating the carbon material film on the substrate with low heat resistance compared to the conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon material is produced through a carbonization step of carbonizing an organic compound included in a carbon material-generating solution, while removing a solvent by heating the carbon material-generating solution including one or more of the organic compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
