<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, a radio terminal device and a radio communication system which can reduce unnecessary handoff processing. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a semiconductor device comprises a radio station selection unit for selecting a radio station to be connected from a plurality of radio stations. The radio station selection unit comprises an electric power calculation processing unit, a storage unit, a table update processing unit, and an electric power variation range detection processing unit. The electric power calculation processing unit calculates electric power of each reception signal from each of the radio stations. The storage unit stores a table associating and recording the electric power of each reception signal larger than a prescribed threshold value with each of the radio stations. The table update processing unit updates the table at each prescribed timing. The electric power variation range detection processing unit detects variation range of the electric power for each of the radio stations referring to the table, and sets the radio station with the variation range within a prescribed range as a priority candidate of the radio station to be connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
