PURPOSE: Seasoned pig trotter containing acanthopanax sessiliflorus, and a producing method thereof are provided to completely remove the unique bad smell from the pig trotter. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned pig trotter containing acanthopanax sessiliflorus comprises the following steps: inserting 20,000 parts of water by weight, 100-200 parts of acanthopanax sessiliflorus by weight, 150-350 parts of dioscorea japonica by weight, 30-50 parts of jujube by weight, 15-45 parts of glycyrrhizae radix by weight, 25-55 parts of kalopanax pictus by weight, and seasoning compositions to obtain an acanthopanax sessiliflorus seasoning mixture; inserting 10,000-16,000 parts of pig trotter by weight into the acanthopanax sessiliflorus seasoning mixture, and boiling the mixture for 1 hour 30 minutes-3 hours; and cooling the boiled pig trotter.
