<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit which reduces signaling amount for informing Zadoff-Chu series or GCL series assigned to a cell. <P>SOLUTION: An index is caused to be corresponded to a plurality of different ZC series, in ascending order starting with 1. When informing UE of the ZC series so assigned to cells as indexes continue from BS, a start index representing the first of succeeding indexes is added with an assigned series number and informed through a notification channel as an assigned series information.
