PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote medical care system capable of considering the reliability of patient data.

SOLUTION: A patient terminal 1 included in a remote medical care system 100 and connected to a server device 3 via a communication network, comprises: a communication unit 11 for acquiring biological information indicating the physiological state of a user from a sensing device 2 for measuring the physiological state; an input unit 12 for acquiring biological information by receiving an input from the user; and a control unit 13 for distinguishing between the biological information acquired by the communication unit 11 and the biological information acquired by the input unit 12, wherein the communication unit 11 transmits the distinguished biological information to the server device 3.
