<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an effective and appropriate crime prevention measure with respect to an opening part with a risk of invasion theft in response to a determination result by determining the risk of the invasion theft by each opening part of a target building. <P>SOLUTION: A building total quantitative evaluation is performed by evaluation items on a region environment, a site environment, and a crime prevention equipment environment in the target building, and an opening part individual quantitative evaluation is performed by evaluation items on an opening part environment by each opening part. The scores of the both evaluations are added so as to determine the risk of the invasion theft by each opening part of the target building. Based on the result, a crime prevention building component registration opening member is recommended to the opening part with the risk of the invasion theft. The determination is performed based on the scores by each item where weighting is performed based on crime prevention environment design. In the opening part individual quantitative evaluation, importance is placed on existence of opening part visibility from a near road or an adjacent land and an invasion obstacle on an in-site invasion route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
