<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print controller for allowing difference in printing time and difference in power consumption between high-speed printing and ecology printing to be known with respect to the print controller for selecting ecology printing as well as normal printing. <P>SOLUTION: The print controller for transmitting print data to the printer has: storage means for storing print data; time for printing calculation means for calculating times for printing when performing high-speed printing and ecology printing of the print data by reading the print data from the storage means; power consumption calculating means for reading the print data from the storage means to calculate power consumption when performing high-speed printing and ecology printing of the print data; and display means for displaying a time for printing and power consumption when high-speed printing of the print data is performed and displaying a time for printing and power consumption when ecology printing of the print data is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
