摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a welding inspection during welding at a stable transmission and reception sensitivity even if an object to be welded is in a high temperature state. <P>SOLUTION: A welding system includes: a welding mechanism 1; a transmission laser light source 4; a transmission optical mechanism 9 that moves together with the welding mechanism 1 relative to the object 2 to be welded and irradiates a surface of the object 2 after being welded with the transmission laser light generated by the transmission laser light source 4 so as to generate a transmission ultrasonic wave; a reception laser light source 5 that generates reception laser light to irradiate the object to be welded with the reception laser light for the purpose of detecting a reflected ultrasonic wave obtained as a result of reflection of a transmission ultrasonic wave; a reception optical mechanism 10 that moves together with the welding mechanism 1 relative to the object 2 to be welded and irradiates the surface of the object after being welded with the reception laser light so as to collect laser light scattered/reflected at the surface of the object 2 to be welded; and an interferometer 6 for performing an interferometric measurement of the scattered/reflected laser light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
