<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of producing hydrogen without substantially discharging carbon dioxide, and producing hydrogen inexpensively by drastically reducing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for producing hydrogen gas includes: a water-carbon mixed liquid producing unit 1 that produces a water-carbon mixed liquid by mixing a water-containing liquid containing water with a powdery carbon-containing product containing powdery carbon; and a hydrogen-gas producing unit 2 that generates a hydrogen gas by heating the water-carbon mixed liquid produced in the water-carbon mixed liquid producing unit 1 to evaporate and react the same, wherein potassium carbonate is included in the water-carbon mixed liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
