<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money processor and a money processing method capable of reducing the burden of an operator on a store side during replenishing money. <P>SOLUTION: The money processor 10 includes a housing 12 and a storage cassette 44 which is provided in the housing 12, can store money sent from a conveyance part 30 and feed the stored money to the conveyance part 30, and can be freely removed from the housing 12. During replenishing money, a control part 70 for controlling the conveyance part 30 and the storage cassette 44, when the storage cassette 44 storing money for replenishment is loaded in the housing 12, feeds the money from the storage cassette 44 to the conveyance part 30 to identify and count the money by using an identifying part 31, and subsequently changes the ownership of the money fed from the storage cassette 44 from a replenishing and collecting person side to the store side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
