<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal apparatus, a mobile communication method and a mobile communication program in which an IP address system can be easily grasped. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal device 1 includes a transmitting section 100, a receiving section 101, a control section 13 and an IP system determining section 130. The control section 13 selects a base station for communication on the basis of reception strengths of signals transmitted from a plurality of base stations. The IP system determining section 130 determines whether a system for a server, to which the selected base station belongs, to impart an IP address is a SIP system or a MIP system. In accordance with the determined IP system, the transmitting section 100 transmits an IP address acquisition request requesting a notification of an IP address to the base station. The receiving section 101 receives the IP address notified from the base station in response to the IP address acquisition request.
