<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring device and an imaging device, capable of accurately positioning an individual imaging element for distance measuring and causing no angle displacement between light receiving surfaces of the imaging elements, without correcting the position displacement and the angle displacement of the individual imaging element for distance measuring. <P>SOLUTION: Three imaging elements 22a, 22b, and 22c for distance measuring constitute a two-dimensional imaging element with light receiving elements arranged on a plane. The imaging elements 22a, 22b, and 22c are produced by isolating three or more aligned imaging elements from a plurality of imaging elements formed on a semiconductor wafer together with the integrated semiconductor wafer. Object images for distance measuring are imaged on the two imaging elements 22a and 22c for distance measuring that are located at both sides among the three imaging elements 22a, 22b, and 22c for distance measuring through respective lenses 5a and 5b for distance measuring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
