PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of titanium dioxide ink is provided to obtain low viscosity TiO2 ink which has the low amount of added impurity by using TiO2 synthesis or the direct dispersion of TiiO2 nano powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of titanium dioxide ink comprises: a step of preparing TiO2 precursor; a step of hydrolysis the TiO2 precursor; a step of peptizing; a step of forming TiO2 by hydrothermal growth; a step of forming TiO2 colloid by redispersion of TiO2; a step of concentrating the TiO2 colloid; a step of washing; and a step of adding water into the TiO2 colloid and controlling the concentration thereof.
