摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery in which dispersion of carbon particles is enhanced in paste for forming positive electrode active material layer, and the amount of organic solvent used in the manufacturing process can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery having a positive electrode containing at least a positive electrode active material and a conductive material includes a step for preparing carbon particles as a conductive material and a conductive material dispersion body produced by dispersing a dispersion material into a first solvent, a step for performing wet pulverization of the dispersion body, a step for producing a processed conductive material by evaporating at least a part of the first solvent contained in the processed dispersion body, and a step for preparing a paste for forming a positive electrode active material layer by dispersing at least the processed conductive material, positive electrode active material, and a binding material into a second solvent.
