<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive containing waxy material for cosmetics, imparting sensory merits which exceeds usually used wax usually attained by silicone oil. <P>SOLUTION: The additive for cosmetic comprises (a) 0.1-10 wt.% of a wax component composed of C<SB POS="POST">6-22</SB>fatty acid esters composition of pentaerythritol, dipentaerythritol and/or tripentaerythritol containing <0.3 wt.% of C<SB POS="POST">17</SB>fatty acid acyl group and having a melting point of 30°C or above, (b) 1-25 wt.% of at least an oil component which is liquid at 25°C, (c) 0.1-5 wt.% of C<SB POS="POST">12-24</SB>fatty alcohol or C<SB POS="POST">12-14</SB>partial glyceride or mixture of them, (d) 0.5-10 wt.% of C<SB POS="POST">8-24</SB>alkyloligoglucoside, and (e) water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
