<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release film to be used for molding a green sheet for a multilayer ceramic capacitor, which is configured to prevent shrinkage of an end of a ceramic sheet in the width direction due to an improvement in peelability and wettability of the release film during ceramic slurry application, improve adhesion when the ceramic sheet is laminated thereon as well as adhesion to a base material film, and prevents generation of a foreign matter, while preventing any defect in both a ceramic sheet production step and a multilayer ceramic capacitor production step. <P>SOLUTION: A highly cross-linked mold release layer is formed by adding an unconventional larger amount of SiH groups as a cross-linking agent to a silicone resin, thereby preventing a mold release component from moving to the ceramic sheet, reducing a peel force of the mold release film, and improving wettability and scratch resistance of the mold release film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
