<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector, an element housing package, and a semiconductor device that can improve transmission performance of high-frequency signals. <P>SOLUTION: A coaxial connector includes a cylindrical outer-peripheral conductor 10a, a central conductor 10c provided along the central axis of the outer-peripheral conductor 10a and having a diameter-changing part 10d whose outer diameter becomes larger or smaller than the outer diameter of the center part, between the central part and the end part in a cross sectional view in the axial direction, and an insulator 10b provided between the outer-peripheral conductor 10a and the central conductor 10c.
