<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate an antenna for VHF frequency band into a mobile device by downsizing. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna element 3B of a spiral antenna includes spiral electrodes 312B and 314B oppositely arranged to each other and connected at a connection part 313B. The spiral electrodes 312B and 314B are formed on a flat surface of a film 311B.
