<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeless discharge lamp device that emits light of an auxiliary light source from a top side thereof, while suppressing deterioration of a distributed light distribution characteristic at a side thereof. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a valve 2 having an outer shell portion 5 in which rare gas serving as discharge gas and vaporizable metal are air-tightly sealed, and a tubular inner pipe 6 intruding in the outer shell portion 5, a phosphor film 10 formed at the inner wall surface side of the valve 2, and a power coupler portion 20 having an induction coil 25 which is wound along the axial direction of the tubular inner pipe 6 and mounted in the tubular inner pipe 6 to excite the discharge gas. An LED 31 for emitting light in the axial direction of the tubular inner pipe 6 and an LED light source portion 30 having a secondary coil L2 for contactless power supply for supplying power to the LED 31 by electromagnetic induction of the induction coil 25 as a primary coil are provided to the tip portion 20a of the power coupler portion 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
