PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the quality of a product while reducing any labor to be imposed in case of changing a rule for inspecting a product.

SOLUTION: This inspection device for inspecting whether or not each of a plurality of types of products is described according to a prescribed rule is provided with: a first collation part for collating a basic rule showing basic item names described in all the plurality of types of products with each of a plurality of product rules showing item names described in the products associated with each of the plurality of types of products, and for specifying the basic item names which are not included in each of the plurality of product rules as default item names, and for specifying the item names other than the basic item names included in each of the plurality of product rules; a second collation part for collating each of the plurality of product rules obtained by supplying at least the default item names with the product data showing the products corresponding to the product rules among the plurality of product data showing each of the plurality of types of products; and an output part for outputting the collation result.
