<p>Provided is a reflective frame for light-emitting elements which is suitably used for light-emitting devices having a metal member to which a light-emitting element is mounted, wherein it is possible to improve the light extraction efficiency, reliability, and productivity of the light-emitting device. Specifically provided is a reflective frame for light-emitting elements which is formed from a sintered body containing a glass material and a ceramic powder. The glass material contains 15 to 75 mol% of SiO2, 0 to 40 mol % of B2O3, 0 to 10 mol% of ZnO, 0 to 30 mol% of Li2O+Na2O+K2O, 5 to 35 mol% of CaO, 5 to 40 mol% of CaO+MgO+BaO+SrO, 0 to 20 mol% of TiO2, and 0 to 10 mol% of Al2O3 in terms of oxide contents. Moreover, the sintered body is formed by being fired at a temperature of 900°C or lower, and has a void fraction of 15% or less and an average reflectance of 86% or more when the wavelength is 400 to 700 nm and the thickness is 1 mm.</p> |
