Disclosed is an amplifier with pass-through wherein a bypass control transistor (M2) is turned ON together with a signal transmission transistor (M1) when in pass-through mode and the output terminal OUT voltage is maintained at ground potential via the bypass control transistor and a resistor (R1). As a result, power supply voltage is applied to the signal transmission transistor and one main terminal in the signal transmission transistor is maintained at ground potential, thereby reducing the ON resistance of the signal transmission transistor as much as possible.
