<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide core-shell-type toner excellent in adhesiveness between the core and shell, charging property and durability. <P>SOLUTION: Toner for electrostatic charge image developer is granulated from a dispersion liquid produced by dispersing an oil phase in an aqueous medium, the oil phase containing at least a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent in an organic solvent. The toner particle has a core-shell structure having a shell layer on the surface of a core particle; the shell layer is formed of a resin containing vinyl resins A and B having different molecular weights; the weight average molecular weights MwA, MwB of the resin A and the resin B, respectively, are in relationship of MwA<MwB; and the shell layer comprises a layer of the resin A on the core particle surface and a layer of the resin B layered thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
