IMAGE PROCESSOR, INK JET RECORDER, DATA GENERATING DEVICE, AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, a recorder, and an image processing method that can reduce color unevenness caused by the variation of ejecting characteristics among a plurality of nozzles when a plurality of types of inks are used to record an image.

SOLUTION: For a color formed by overlapping at least two colors of inks, a plurality of conversion tables are prepared so as to reduce a color difference in the printing medium caused by the variation of the ejecting characteristics among the respective pluralities of nozzles. During printing, the plurality of conversion tables are used to convert image data assigned to nozzles corresponding to the two colors of inks, thus correcting the color difference.
